I enjoy pictures of dragons, cute dogs and/or wolves, as well as horses and horse-adjacent mythological creatures. I enjoy book/comic recs for LGBT science fiction/fantasy. Also I would appreciate links to fanmixes (especially on Spotify) about my favorite ships/characters/fandoms. Fanart of anything I have written would be amazing if anyone is so inclined. Or remixes! I also like remixes! Also I would really, really like some DW-sized icons for the comics (especially ones of amusing speech bubbles) or Star Trek.

Happy new year, sine! Here are some LGBT sci-fi/fantasy book rec lists I found. I know that some of these books you may have already read, but hopefully there are some you haven't read that you end up enjoying: 1, 2 (skip to "Science Fiction / Fantasy / Speculative"), 2, 3, 4.

Two other books I thought of off the top of my head that my friend who reads LGBT sci-fi and fantasy liked (I haven't read these yet though):

- The Priory of the Orange Tree by Samantha Shannon (she RAVED about it multiple times last year, and it's on one of the lists I linked)
- The Gentleman's Guide to Vice and Virtue by Mackenzi Lee (not exactly fantasy and it's YA, but it apparently has some fantasy elements in it so maybeee it's worth a try?)

There's also Vicious by V.E. Schwab and its sequel, Vengeful. Very light queer rep in that the protagonist has been confirmed to be ace, but it's not a big part of the story. It might be up your alley, though, because it's about superpowers! It's a lottt of fun. Vicious was one of my favorite reads of 2019 and one of the most enjoyable books I've read in a while. Also, the relationship between Victor and Eli is fascinating and very much "two sides of the same coin"-ish.

Oh, and Mooncakes by Suzanne Walker and Wendy Xu! I got a small (one-chapter? I don't recall) copy of it at a panel Wendy did at NYCC a few years ago when it was just a webcomic, and it got published last year. It's a comic about a queer Chinese American teen witch and non-binary werewolf couple. I only read the thing I got at NYCC, but it seemed cute. :)

Ooh, thanks for all the recs. I actually own Priory but haven't read it yet and I am pretty sure my wife read The Gentleman's Guide so I can borrow it from her.

I have heard a lot of good things about V.E. Schwab's books but never read them; maybe I should give them a try.
