1. Execute Program: but the murders were actually Tony under the influence of Extremis
2. Execute Program: Tony goes to Steve instead of Sal
3. Iron Man v4 #14: Steve fights his own team to protect Tony from them because they agreed on a truce for the time of their meeting, Tony came alone and the resistance ambushed him. As a result, the resistance disowns Steve, and he's stuck with Tony who he still disagrees with.
4. Iron Man v4 #14: Steve goes to find Tony after their meeting at the stadium to tell him he had nothing to do with the ambush. He finds Tony drunk. Tony confesses to him what happened to Happy. (Or he can angst about how he knows Steve would judge him if he knew, dealer's choice.)
5. Civil War #4: Clone Thor wounds/kills Steve instead of Goliath. Tony needs to reflect on what he created.
6. Civil War #7: Steve is consumed by anger and takes that final hit, killing Tony. As a result, he's not in the state to surrender, and so the resistance wins. His team celebrates and he needs to step up, all the while his grief and guilt are eating him away.
7. What If? Fallen Son: Steve doesn't get assassinated and is sentenced to 36 months in prison that he chooses to serve full time. Tony lives and keeps visiting him.
8. Avengers Twilight: Steve and Tony die at the same time at the end (They have a mental link at that moment? They meet in Valhalla?)
9. Tony and Steve are in a committed relationship. After a particularly bad argument, Tony breaks his sobriety, gets very drunk and ends up sleeping with someone else.
10. Steve and Tony have sex while Tony is drunk. Steve feels incredibly guilty. Tony never mentions it, so Steve thinks he doesn't remember.
11. Tony is dating Steve without telling him he's Iron Man. When Steve finds out months later, he feels very hurt and manipulated.
12. Steve and Tony are practically dating, except they aren't. They are as close as it's platonically possible, but Tony keeps seeing and sleeping with other people.
13. Ever since the serum, Steve has viewed his body as a tool, something that's not really "his" and he owes it to the world to use it in any way necessary to help other people. Including sleeping with whoever it is necessary for a mission to succeed without giving it much thought.
