For your enemies to lovers request, I offer up the Breakaway series by EL Massey - the first one is a Check Please serial numbers filed off with lots of OCs book, the 2nd is a continuation of that, and the third is completely OCs, so it's ice hockey m/m romance. Diversity check, and there's definitely antagonistic feelings at first (actually moreso in the 3rd book which could be read as standalone imo, than in the 1st book - 2nd book is the established relationship stage). Caveat - these kids get their life together and find their OTL at like, ridiculous young ages (18-20) and they're highly skilled (in some aspects of their life) so, YMMV. Fun light romance read, for all that there's discussion of disability and mental health and race and such.

A year and a half ago, I wrote a fic where Tony is a villain and he and Steve are in an enemy with benefits situations. You seemed to like it ;)
So here you go, the long-awaited Steve POV sequel fic. It's mostly Steve angsting in his corner and no sex, BUT this verse is now officially a series and that means I will most probably write more for it in the future. All thanks to you :D

I don't think I have anything to rec that's strictly enemies to lovers ("friends to enemies with a secret third thing flavor"? Yes. Or the other way around lol. Or they dislike each other at first, but it's not outright enmity)...oh! Okay, these aren't "enemies" in the sense of two individuals who are on opposing sides that would discourage the development of feelings for the other person and see it as an unforgivable offense, but it is in the "wow, I hate your guts" sense. But if you're open to international TV series, maybe Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha which is a feel-good slice-of-life show that maturely handles misunderstandings and actually makes the romance feel like it's between two adults in their thirties? It does get super cheesy at times and got sloppy and ridiculous at the end, but you'll have fun watching them go at it! You can sympathize with both of them which is the BEST way to do misunderstandings and miscommunication imo. There's When Harry Met Sally which I absolutely adore, but you most likely have watched already haha. Uh...I was going to recommend something, but I haven't watched most of the final season so I don't know how it ends and the show isn't for everyone, but Barry has a canonical enemies to lovers m/m romance that is ACTUALLY enemies to lovers. Like..."star-crossed and everything, but they make it work" enemies to lovers, but it's not the main plot lol. They're important characters, though!

Also may I introduce you to my favorite m/f pairing of all time, Battler/Beatrice? They're from Umineko no Naku Koro ni and they're the enemies-to-lovers ever!!!! The canon is a visual/sound novel (kind of like a video game except all you do is read) although there's also a manga if that's more your speed! Here are some panels showing them off.
Battler is kind of cringe to start with but he gets better, I promise. There's a lot of content warnings for Umineko, so definitely reach out if you're more interested in getting into it!
