If you like prompts here are some that live in my head.

  • Tony is a villain but not really a villain, more an antihero that sauntered downwards. A simple job goes sideways and he has to save Steve, cus it's Captain America! But now he's in the awkward position of having saved a hero and Steve is in the awkward position of being saved by a villain.

  • Steve is newly thawed but the time and tech is now. He unexpectedly finds himself having fallen for Iron Man, a marvelous robot Mr. Stark built and assigned to their team, and he doesn't know what to do about that. Meanwhile Tony has been secretly piloting the suit remotely and has no intention of telling anyone while his health deteriorates. He can help people as Iron Man and for some reason Captain American seems to like him.

  • The Avengers get drug to a fancy society party and of course Tony is smiling that smile that will get him a companion for the night. After all these years, Steve has decided he wants to the be the person riding home with him tonight. Now... how does he say it and will Tony even be interested?

  • Before the shield, Steve used to fantasize that he had to give himself over to his landlord to make rent. Now-a-days it's okay to go with men, but that fantasy lingers and well... Tony technically is his landlord...

  • Steve has a thing for the armor and wants Tony to double team him with it.

Dislikes: Unhappy Endings, Character Death, Mpreg, Alpha/Omega, Grimdark

Non-fandom related requests/anything else?: Recs for happy fics are welcome, G rated fluff to deep character works to senseless porn. Cool crochet stitches/patterns, video game recommendations: I like Adventure all the way to Cozy Farm games (no horror). Book recommendations: I can't keep rereading Discworld (or at least that's what my therapist says lol), so anything funny and/or cozy in fantasy or scifi.

I keep telling myself to read Howls Moving Castle. I liked the anime. I'd have said the movie was from Sophie's POV so I'm interested how book is more so.

I've read a few of the Murderbot books but her others. I should check those out.

I've read some Nix, it was hit and miss for me that I haven't read that series.

And yes, I've gone through a lot of Gaiman and Adam's cus of course. Those two are completely required. ^__^ Sandman's Death is still my favorite Death, even over Discworld.

Thanks for the recs and sorry I'm so late.

Hmmm, ok so not in the sense that the movie is told via Howl's perspective directly (it's very much still in Sophie's limited perspective as the movie unfolds) but more in terms of ~vibes~. Like, the over-the-top drama of Howl really seeps through the movie. Whereas the book is written in Sophie's pov and you get her inner monologue and it's a lot more, um, no-nonsense for that? Kinda? Read the book and tell me if that makes sense haha XD It is a great fun series so again I do recommend.

Well's Books of the Raksura series basically reads like lots-of-intricate-world-building polyamorous wingfic with a semi-outsider pov haha so it's a very different vibe than her Murderbot series in a lot of ways, I think? A well written romp if you like that romance fantasy vibe. I haven't read anything else outsider of that and Murderbot yet, but I know she's got a couple of other shorter series and some standalones I think? Thanks for the reminder to request 'em!

Haha, there's no such thing as a late reply when it comes to these - hope that you enjoy some new books in the next few months <3
