I think it really does look a whole lot like the comic -- I can see the similarities to Acuña's style in the kind of blocky way the brushwork looks (am sorry, I do not know Art Words) and the character styles themselves and the colors! Really impressive!
This feels like it could have been a missing page right from that rooftop scene! It is so gorgeous and I keep looking at it in awe. It also captures the pathos of Twilight to me where they just CAN'T TOUCH (I think I have imprinted on this from Kirk/Spock, lol) and they desperately want to. I love the idea that Tony can still feel the warmth of Steve's hands through the jar even though they can't touch -- I never thought of that before and now I am just going to keep thinking about it, possibly forever and ever. <3
