Oh the sheep's chees and zucchini quiche looks really good!
I have a different recipe for a chickpea curry, but one that uses fresh ginger and has a few more ingredients, and thus takes a bit longer to make (freshly grating ginger and preparing vegetable broth always takes a little bit longer), so a 15 minute version sounds awesome! I guess my quest for the perfect chickpea recipe has started now...
the arancini look really tasty, but deep frying stuff might be on the side of "a bunch of set up". Although, we DID have a weird idea once, on holiday, to just fill a pot with oil and deep fry stuff for multiple days :D Guess that is back on the menu XD
