Hi! You said you liked rec lists of fic that touched you so here are some of my faves:

• Dick Drunk by mistymountainking. You did not specify how you wanted the fic to touch you, so this is porn in which Tony can't stop thinking about drinking and Steve, like a good friend, volunteers to distract Tony by fucking him through the mattress.
  
• Stark Disassembled by Crait. A Tony-centric retelling of Execute Program and Civil War with a lot of emphasis on Tony's feelings for Steve.
  
• when you are fallen by haemodye. Basically a Steve/Tony version of the movie Ghost in which everyone thinks Steve is dead but he is not and only Tony can perceive him.
  
• Grace Period by Kroki_Refur. An abandoned WIP that is genfic about MCU Steve waking up in the future and then sliding sideways into post-CW 616, except one weird future is pretty much like every other weird future so it takes him a while to figure out that he is actually in a different universe because this universe has a guy named Tony Stark who seems to think Steve is his dead best friend or something.
