Multiverse shenanigans for me always makes me go back to The Undone Universe by Teyke. It's MCU but it's...it's a lot happening. There's a lot of comics research that went into it too, and just a lot of research in general! It really feels like an epic, sprawling sci-fi and the first story in particular makes me feel so many 616 Steve feelings! It IS gen but it's really intense gen that, personally, makes me very happy as a Steve/Tony shipper!
