You can finish it in one sitting, and it soothed me and brought me peace last year, something we all sorely need during these times. I really think you'd like this book too. It's so hypnotic and wonderful. There's an underlying darkness to the whole thing too.
2. Jonathan Strange & Mr. Norrell by Susanna Clarke - If you like historical fantasy fiction, this is the opposite end of the spectrum from Piranesi. You can clock someone over the head with this book. It's that big. The characters are all flawed and irritating in the best way, there's a whole magical society, and there's a faerie world!
3. Vicious by V.E. Schwab - Best friends-turned-enemies! Two sides, neither of which are good (it's more morally dubious/bad vs. worse). Interesting superpowers that you get through violent circumstances! Very cinematic and very much something that I liked as someone who likes superhero stuff (though, again, there are no heroes in this story...but that's something I like too).
